2025 Auckland Tournaments
The Tournaments being hosted at the Auckland table tennis stadium have been released for 2025. Put them in your diary now!
- 2025 Auckland Summer Open: 28th February (evening), 1st & 2nd March
- 2025 ANZAC Day Open: 30th March
- 2025 NZ Hopes Week & Challenge: 12th - 15th April
- 2025 Auckland Junior Open: 25th May
- 2025 Auckland Secondary Schools Championships: 18th July
- 2025 Auckland Max-Play Tournament: 20th July
- 2025 Auckland Open: 29th (evening), 30th & 31st August
- 2025 NZ Open Table Tennis Championships: 20th - 28th September
- 2025 Auckland Spring Open: 16th November
Important note:
Following consultation with TTNZ it has been confirmed that TTNZ Rankings should be used for seeding all events that contribute to the TTNZ Rankings, but for events that do not count for TTNZ Rankings District Associations may use other methods for seeding these events.
As such, effective immediately, the ATTA has decided to use ATTA rating points to seed events not restricted by gender.
This means, for example, that events such as C Grade Open Singles and Over 50 Open Doubles will be seeded according to the ATTA rating points.
Some age group events not rated by TTNZ such as Under 17 and Under 21 events will still use the TTNZ Rankings in order to maintain a level of consistency across all age groups.
